​Store Policy

    • All products are carefully checked by Hit-Air Japan and premises in good condition.
    • We will only accept returns for defective products or errors on our behalf.
    • All returns need an RA (Return Authorization) number and will need to be returned to our warehouse in North Vancouver, BC Canada.
    • Returned products must be in a new, unused condition and include the original packaging with all tags included.
    • All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected. Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a $25 Service Fee.
    • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse in North Vancouver BC, Canada.
    • Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact hit-air Canada if you are unsure of sizing or application for any items prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you.
    • Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (Canada post). We will assist our customers in these claims.
    • Any products which show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc.) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
    • Once your return is received and inspected by Hit-Air Canada (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

    About Warranty

    ​Hit-Air products are designed to reduce the risk of injury while riding a motorcycle or horse riding. However, it does not guarantee prevention or reduction of the risk of injury. Usage of the product, by means which the user completely understood the risks of using the product stated in this warranty and Hit-Air take absolutely no responsibility for users injury related to their accident.

    Please read the user's manual first and use the product properly and accordingly as instructed in the manual.

    The warranty becomes valid only after the warranty claim form is filled out and submitted with an original purchase receipt.
    1, Warranty Information
    When defect product or part are found, Hit-Air will replace or repair the items for free.
    (It usually takes 1 to 4 weeks for the repair or replacing the product. When replacement product is not found, for example due to model changes, Hit-Air provides an equivalent product.)

    2,  Warranty Period
    One year after purchase.

    3, Exemption
    The following cases are not covered by warranty and repair is at the user's expense. Base on the condition of the damage, the product might not be repaired.
    ​
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Damage from friction or impact which caused during use or store.
    • Damage from friction or impact which caused by an accident during use.
    • Damage and deterioration by improper use or store.
    • Appearance changes which have no effect on function (For example, wrinkle, color-fade or stain.)
    • Damage by natural disasters.
    • When a purchase receipt or the warranty claim form is not submitted.
    • When customized or repaired by a third party or other than Mugen Denko or official Hit-Air distributor or dealer. 

    4, Warranty Application
       
       The warranty
    • is limited to repair or replacement of the products.
    • does not cover the replacement cost of Co2 cartridge.
    • does not cover any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product. (For example, travel cost, telephone cost, leave compensation, operating losses.)
    • is only valid in a country where the product is purchased.

    5, Others

    Any risk which is caused from the use of the product is taken by the user.
    Mugen Denso Co., Ltd and its distributors and dealers will be held in no way responsible for any risk that may occur while using any Hit-Air products. The risk includes serious injuries and death.

    There is a possibility that the product does not work properly due to deterioration or damage which is caused by a long time user or store. Annually maintenance check and tested by an authorized distributor or dealer is highly recommended.

    Please consult with an authorized distributor or dealer for inspection if the product had a strong impact. The product can be damaged invisibly.

    Hit-Air items are wear-and-tear items. Replacement is recommended after using about three to five years at the longest even if no noticeable damage is found. Please consult with an authorized/dealer for more details.
